★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to takeaway for a ready made packet of Nasi Lemak, but the queue was long despite 6 staff working. The staff manning the counter is preparing drinks in addition to taking order.
Furthermore, one customer cut my queue and the staff did not have the guts to tell him off and follow the queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went around 330pm to pick up a quick coffee which took about 15 mins while my hot coffee was getting pushed back. He would pick the bulk ice ones and was making them in peace. No sense of first come first serve I recon? Good thing is bunch of us are living on top of mall so never dropping by again!
