★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst service. I have to wait fo almost 1 hours for my order. I sit in my table around 50++minutes. If the store was busy I understood but one by one customer finished they meal while me still sit down in my chair without having my order. One more thing, the table I sit was so dirty and one of my oder not provided and I have to mention it againt to chaser. Please improve your service expecially about customer oder why took so long time and the order is not complete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not recommended for people needing fast-serving food, it takes half an hour from ordering to collecting your food. The place is too understaffed, only 4 people working during peak hour.
I can see the only person at the front counter is trying his best, but it is impossible to keep up with that many customers. Another staff has to guide the customers on how to use the kiosk, because many people don't know how to use it, and some people take forever to decide what to eat, hogging the machine.
You can ask to order by scanning a qr code using your phone instead of using the machine to avoid long queuing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is fast but the food is not fresh. I ordered this burger set and the bun is hard as if it was an old bun. The store is clean and spacious not to mention the good social distancing dining area but I hope that they will improve the food quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed. Ordered snack plate with nuggets ala cart. Chicken was as small as my palm size. Nuggets was cold and not fresh. I ordered original end up getting ayam percik kfc. Restaurant was not clean and tables left wity plates etc. Sauce spot was not clean. Staff at counter sounded loud and rude.
There was a QR on receipt to scan and survey. But when scan it days validity expired!! But in the receipts written valid 3 days. Duh!!
Overall bad experience and eill never go bsck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the zinger burger box the burger. There was no fries and they only had chicken wings so I asked to cancel the order the manager was kind enough to fry the chicken part I want and even brought 2 options. The burger wasn’t as crispy as usual, but the chicken was fresh.
I wan to apprise KFC management for the good manager at this branch. He deserves a rise ?
