★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service at the counter was fast, but there was no staff at all cleaning the tables and floors. This was during the CNY holidays, understadable that there are huge crowds of people but at least the staff should have come once in a while to at least sweep the floors, and empty the trash bin.

Ask customer to wait while continuing to chit chat and do things slowly while ignoring customers waiting to order so gave up and left. This sort of attitude should not be allowed to continue or rewarded.
Sorry to say will never patronize any burger king outlet ever unless desperat and no other options.

Food price a bit higher compare to other BK outlets.
The smoking area quite dirty.
Remember to follow SOP during CMCO.
