★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So dissatisfied with the setia alam branch staff..one of the staff saying not nessesary to come to setia alam branch only..you may go to other branch also..then please close this branch..since last week Friday my problem not been solved..It's not easy to apply leave and wasting my leave..now staff Incharge on mandatory leave today..staff asking for supporting document on today,why last Friday itself didn't mention?since staff Incharge on leave,I have to apply online by my own and if successful only can get new account??what does that mean for god shake..this is how rhb treat their customer?the Male staff at customer care is very rude..no greeting..just attack customer by asking nak apa?this is a bank not a market..setia alam branch staff need to go for the communication and customer care talk and improve their self..atlease they can learn how to be gentle and soft spoken to customer from the expert..

Five counter but only one open for service. Doesn’t help even with their QMS system. What’s the point of setting up appointment if they are not gonna go through with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Followed staff's instructions to open another extra account when it's actually not required. When want to close account charge RM20? It's your own staffs mistake for this extra account opening! Please advise your customers properly!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A guy at the front desk is really rude. Dont even greet us and treat us like beggars saying " mana boleh main terjah macam ni je". I mean, we dont know need to set appointments. and he cant even greet us any better/calmly.
Just the guard is helpful & polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank staff here are so bad. Most of my staff went here to open an account. Every time sure got problem. No one to assist at the tab table, let customer blurr fill up the forms from the tab, then suddenly have to collect card at another branch. One time they say need to use this comp. stamp, next staff go asked for another stamp. Another time I went to ask about why cheque not clear, without even proper investigation, the front lady accused that I wrote wrongly at the back of the cheque. I told her look lady, I took photos of all cheques I banked in, even at the back, I didnt write wrongly. Please la, ended up the bank actually took longer time to verify the signature. So bad la...please.
