Burger Kings heals your hunger, you should try the mushroom menu. It's only 20,55 RM. The service was so good, and they seems to be very respectful to the customer.

Worst ever!!!! :( There was no cheese in the cheese whopper. And attitude of the agents were bad and unprofessional. They even don’t know how to cancel the payment by credit card. I’m warning you guys never to go here. Just go to Mc next to it.

This is a sad place. The people clearly have given up and just dont care. Got angry when we asked if we could pay with USD. Then we waited 20 minutes for one meal which was the wrong thing and they then refused to change it claiming I had said the wrong number. Oh well at least we can get on a plane and leave this miserable place. The whole KLIA2 terminal is one to avoid if possible.

We got the Whopper & French chicken burger and they were the worst burgers we've ever had. We don't normally go for any fast food restaurant but this time we felt like some junk food and it was junk. Including french fries, just so terrible.. should've gone to McDonald.

I went to your Burger King at Mitsui Outlet, near KLIA, this happened on the 20th of January at 5.30PM, my order came with a Burger, Fries and a drink which I ordered to have the ice negated, the drink I got had a little bit more than half filled, so I kindly asked the server girl to fill the glass up, and she tells me that she can't do that be cause their reserve will finish, I'll be very honest, I have no idea what in the world she was on about, I told her that every single Burger King that I've gone to, when I ask for no ice, I get a full glass, not half a glass. She then calls the manager, who goes by the name Az Zubair, he comes to the counter with a deamenor ready to physically fight, I tell him the same thing, and he literally tells me, our drink reserve will finish, so we can't fill up for you, I proceed to tell him that this is not what happens at the rest of the Burger King outlets that I've been to, he then tells me, if our reserve finish we have to pay the manager, we don't want to pay for you, all the while looking as if he wants to fight. Az Zubair's behaviour was disgusting, his attitude was abhorrent and the service I got was extremely, extremely poor, everything I told him, he responded with 'Oh really?' In a condescending manner! His behaviour was so rude, so disrespectful and unmindful of the fact that he is an extension of your brand! I'm appalled at the level of disrespect Burger King has showed to me, I was unaware that Burger King's new Policy was to serve half a glass of drink when requested to exclude ice, I was especially unaware that you hired uneducated thugs to be outlet managers as representatives of your brand. I understand y'all have stopped serving straws because you're under some imaginary fallacy that you're saving the planet, but I wasn't aware that you've stopped serving paper napkins too, this must be another imaginary 'save the planet initiative', but I do suggest not to treat your customers like the hooligans you portray your brand to be. I am disgusted, abhorred and utterly disappointed at your service.

Good taste. Average service. Good verity of food.

Side by side with the McDonald's...but this is my preferred hamburger joint...it just tastes better!

What the effing portion you pay for above rm20... this is tender grill burger. I'll never going to any of these fast food restaurants again.
