β β β β β My husband came to this clinic for his influenza jab few days ago with a group of friend before they flying to china. Attended by female indian doc. very unprofessional and clumsy, shaking and according to my husband - she pricked herself then using same needle to jab my husband. I was so mad when he told me this! might ask my lawyer how to pursue this if anything goes wrong! smh

β β β β β bring my parent due to sore foot during waiting for a flight last week. met with dr suffian. suprisingly i thought only requiring painkiller, dr sufian passionately explain why it happen and what can be done to relief the pain. after tying for a week, my parent told me it does work. thank u dr suffian. however front staff a bit too loud. friendly though.

β β β β β 21 May, 2018. I was having flu when i came back from flight which landed about 2am. So, I went to see doctor at Klia2 arrival menara clinic.
I went in and told the front desk nurse that I would like to see the doctor.
The nurse replied: βDoctor is resting, if you want to see the doctor, come back after sahurβ.
Me: Isn't this airport clinic open for 24hours?
She revert: Yes, we opened but doctor is resting now.
Okay fine. I told her give me the doctor name and I would like to make a complaint.
She then said: If you want doctor name I can wake him up and you talk to the doctor.
Well, there is no point waking up him up to complain but he wouldn't examine me so I just tell her that I will make a complaint.
My point here is, from 2am to after sahur which will be 6am+, that is a 4 hours plus long break. If the doctor is resting because he has worked a long shift, a second doctor should be replace him for another shift. But if he was schedule for the night shift then there is no excuse that he should be taking a 4 hours break.
I hope your clinic would honour the said opening hours. Thank you.

β β β β β The employees of this clinic are extremely patient and show willingness to help, even going as far as recommending different medications for different situations, with a proper doctorβs note of course. One well known doctor from this clinic by the name of Doctor Suffian Sani Sayuti has proven reliable time and time again; conducting thorough checks before diagnosing a patient and providing proper medications that actually helps such as influenza, fever and common diseases, all with positive results. The wait list and queue arenβt as lengthy as most clinics, overall especially when travelling or your line of work involves a lot of travelling, this is the go-to clinic.

β β β β β Doctor is helpful but the front desk staff is externally rude. I have total of 3 medicine, I I took and said thanks to her when she passed me 2medicine then she threw me the 3rd one and left to her seat. When I question her why sheβs being rude she said I took the medicine while she explaining. The front desk staff always rude and not productive.

β β β β β Went in today with a stuck ear (wax problem, something that is incredibly common, especially among travelers). The doctor on call looked inside and confirmed yes, I was indeed telling the truth. She then informed me that they were not properly equipped to deal with this and that the best she could do was to give me some oil drops for my ear. And then I was charged RM100 (RM80 for the βconsultationβ and RM20 for the drops). Everyone was nice enough, but I find it very strange that they arenβt equipped to deal with this common problem.
