β β β β β The Drive-thru staffs are always hardworking and good in multitasking. While packing the order for 1 customer, they take the order for the next customer. Never made mistakes with our orders so far. Good training. Fast, efficient and friendly.

β β β β β Fri, 10:31am, 20/5/2022. Staff asked if I wanted to upgrade my fries to onion rings, which tasted heavenly. Thanks to SYADZIDAH(sorry if I spelled it wrong). It's RARE for Malaysian fast food worker to suggest. Usually they just follow our orders blindly. Ms Syadzidah took an extra mile to avoid her customers ordering redundant potion of food. Macam ni ha ?????

β β β β β As I'm writing this review, 30 minutes has passed and all I've achieved to do in this 30 minutes was ordering the meal through the speaker. I thought drive thru is made for faster experience from orderingto payment to getting the food. This isn't the first time as well. You can't expect people to be nice when this is literally the service they received every time they're here. Please improve the service.
