★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't provide the food according to what has been paid for. Excuses given was that the food have sold out. If that's the case, why take the money in the first place? Why don't go for other substitute? Why don't refund? They are a lots of way to solve this matter. Yet you just take the money and didnt provide according to what has been paid, is this consider scam in front of your face? I dont know but what I know that's is not honest.
You maybe asking me to show the receipt. Yea, you took (for I dont know what's the reason) without returning it. Nice move over there.
Hope you can do better service in the future. Still from my point of view it is not ethical to do what you did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order set tendergrill but why I received ala carte and give me wrong burger tendercrisp and without my coke. This is fast food and shouldn't make this kind of mistake. Also no given any sauce. Please make sure your staff check order before give to foodpanda delivery. Very disappointed.

What is wrong with you guys open up a fast food place without french fries? 8:09pm order I waited nearly 20mins for my food. If your business that good u should not tell your customer you are out of french fries. Worst place. No one cleaning tables and clearing trash bin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have unpleasant service at burger king toppen due to the cashier (malay girl) show us the impatient attiture while i asking the set menu or offer, seem like no training at all, does not pass the money properly, pls improve your service, note that customer come to enjoy the food, not come to experience the bad service
