★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Mushroom soup was too salty. Spaghetti Bolognese is bland. Slow service of drinks. Had to remind the waitress 2 times. Not to mention poorly trained staff. One wiped her hands on my tissue on the table after putting down my drinks then walked away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is so-so although relatively inexpensive. No ambience but clean and tidy area for dining. Service is slow and not really friendly. One of the waiter handed spoons to us by holding the open part of the bowl of the spoon rather than the handle. When I complained, he just mumbled and walked away! The Cucur Udang was over fried and oily. Not a very good dining experience. This is a premier Members' Club but the service staff leaves much to be desired. Even the Coffee House is no better. At least the Food Court Area is better because the stalls are outsourced. The Service at the Batek Bar is acceptable.

Extremely bad service - rude staff, waitors not adhering to SOP and wearing their mask eith their noses protruding, pretending not to see you when you call for assistance, slower than my neighbours tortoise. Saw my food sitting on the counter, along with a few other table's, one staff was serving, another two fooling around behind the bar and one more playing with the phone. What a disgrace. It uses to be brimming with patrons back in the days with decent priced good food, whoever runs the place now should be ashamed.
