★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall had a great experience at David’s. All the dishes were pretty good. Really recommend their Mussels and Clams 10/10! One of the best mussels and clams i’ve had so far. The sauce was nearly like soup, so flavorful yet refreshing. Dipped with the bread, its so good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, good ambience but food is on the pricier side. They're famous for their pies but personally, I preferred their other mains. Loved the prawn and crab bisque and their garlic kombu butter linguine. Their grilled corn appetizer was really good too. Overall, a nice place to wine and dine with your friends. Booking is a must as they get really crowded, weekends and public holidays especially.

First impressions, nice restaurant interiors, great friendly staff, always try to make us feel comfortable and well informed with their menu. Just wanted to their chicken mushroom pie and steak mushroom pie as well. It was super delicious, no doubt ?? the price might be a bit steep for me at first but with the restaurant this nice vibe and good service, it's very reasonable and worth it ?? the next time I come visit, I'll probably try their other dishes. Thanks for the lovely dining experience ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ambience and a busy place. Reservations definitely recommended. Good selection of menu. I think the pies (any one) are really good and with decent portion. Ordered the Truffle Cream pasta, it was but couldn't beat the pulled lamb pie. Desserts are limited and simple. Nothing special. Service is really good. Servers are attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally visited this place after hearing great reviews and it definitely did not disappoint. Everything was great in terms of ambience, flavor, and service! Enjoyed all the food I ordered from appetizer, main, and to dessert. Would highly recommend the Truffle Cream Pasta (my favorite of them all!) as it was full of flavor and fresh prawns. The portion in general is good as I think it's meant for sharing. Although the price is fairly steep, I'd definitely be back again because the quality of food is seriously top notch.
P/S: The only downside is that this place is very small and it can be quite noisy when it's crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a seafood based soup which was delicious with subtle but complex flavours, the pasta was the winner for me, tiger prawns were fresh and there was some sort of yuzu flavour to keep the entire dish light and fresh. The item I was least excited about was the pie. Nothing to shout about in my eyes. Good pie but nothing special. Dessert was also great - Cookies and the crepe were beautiful !
To be honest I did feel like everything was a bit heavy on the salt but that could just be personal preference. Doesn't take away from the fact that it was delicious.
You have to make a reservation and do come slightly earlier to get a parking spot. Parking is very difficult here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just came back from the restaurant for our 17th anniversary dinner. Place was full so unfortunately we had to dine outside. Food and service were good. Mussels and clams were fresh. Price is a bit on the high but it's justifiable with the quality of food. Husband says we'll definitely be back to try other menu. Hopefully we can enjoy indoor seating the next time around.

Their service is fast and efficient. It's crowded during weekends. The food is delicious and generous portion. The price is slightly on the high side. You may sit at the bar counter as well. I would like to come again to try other dishes. Keep it up.
