β β β β β Service was good and the ambience of the place was nice *in the morning. There were some mellow songs playing in the background and minimal chatter all around, very nice place for breakfast. Lunch time was pretty noisy.
Coffee here was great! Strong and packs a punch. Salted caramel eclair surprised me, it tasted much milder than it looked. Not overly sweet, a great morning treat to satiate my sweet tooth. For lunch we had the garlic pizza & carbonara *friend is vegetarian. In all honesty, the garlic pizza was like the cheese naan from big singh, except that it costs alot more ? probably wouldn't get it again. It was good but just... doesn't justify the price for me. Carbonara was good though! Super strong mushroom flavour in there, not overly creamy.
Prices are abit on the higher side. Expect to spend RM 50 if you're in for a meal.

β β β β β We ordered piccolo, latte, cappuccino and got a little taste of Melbourne since they used the Margaret River Roasting coffee beans every coffee lover should taste. The hawaiian and pepperoni pizzas & chicken wings were delicious. A cosy cafe to wind down after work or on the weekends.

β β β β β Old man wanted to eat at Bread Bar only to be denied twice. Sona visit to Little Bourke was to drown some disappointment but sadly more sorrow piled on. The moment my matcha latte got mistaken for a latte, I wasn't going to have a smooth ride
On the table is wild mushroom soup (RM15) and steak&eggs with asparagus (RM47). The wild mushroom had enough about it to alright, however old man was not blown away. The flavor seems light handed and I was reaching out for the salt and pepper even before the second slurp. In most cases, this would seem to be an insult to the chef; but in my weird head, under seasoning a dish is way better than over seasoning. I didn't believe I would be so arsed luck, so let's wait for the main.
Steak and Eggs is a dish you can't go wrong with. This is a quintessential American brunch, with variations, so I was really expecting something here but as with the day, I am disappointed yet again. The steak cut was wrong, very wrong. A thicker sirloin would be best but this was tough to cut in even though it's medium well. More glaring was the meat devoid of flavour. Salt and pepper will take care of this but there was none. Surely you cannot screw up eggs, yes you can by not including any seasoning. Then what happens is you get bland eggs. Life is too short for bland eggs.
Worcestershire sauce or Hollandaise sauce or any sauce will save this. Choosing better cuts or quality asparagus will also justify the price. Maybe it's the chef's day off, maybe it's my off day but today's bland meal was definitely a put off.

β β β β β Its Sunday 10.45am we are having nice brunch. Less crowded. Food is tasty whilst taking a little bit longer waiting time. E- menu. Order & pay at the counter.

β β β β β Had steak and egg for lunch. While steak was nicely done and seasoned, I believe for the size, with 5 stalks of asparagus and 2 eggs, itβs on the pricier side (rm47). Wanted to add some pepper on the eggs but either itβs empty inside or the pepper already hardened inside it so they better check on those. Ambiance is nice though. At the time of my visit, card is not accepted, only cash and maybank QR.

β β β β β Love the decor and ambience here. Service was good, staff very friendly. Coffee was really nice and served in a nice glass. I love my Cobb Salad, balanced meal and healthy. My husband absolutely enjoyed his Farmer's Brunch. Parking can be challenging since Tmn Tun is a very busy neighborhood district. Lucky for us we found a car park pretty easily today. :)
