★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price expensive, but low quality, everywhere need defect and management keep pushing and delay by many excuses, ask question also need wait 1 month but sometimes even never answer, message us only when collect clubhouse fee very fast keep call you & message you and threat you if no pay clubhouse fee will deactivate your access card, but they never send any bill to us, what a joke??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I am the owner of type c , would like to seek for some advise.
As we understand the bathroom will be highly associate with damp and wet environment, may I know the your company’s concept in providing the non waterproof door to every bathroom? Also those door are easily breakable with just one leg kick. Some door are already spoilt but using the paint to touch up. I was guarantee that the quality of type c will be far way better than type a and b since the price is so much higher than other type. Would appreciate if you could give me a reasonable reason of door selected for type c unit.
Also the floor tile in every room is poorly install. The tile is poke up and the cement is not well align with the tile causing hole or gap in between. Would like to understand also what kind of concept apply here.
And the balcony, not to mention the view, obviously is such a disappointment where we bought just in front of the garden but with that kind of bald garden no much tree, flower but with a huge dirty you so call lake, we pay extra fee for that view. Not only that, the glass is so insecure, it is shaky and using the silicon to hold the glass. You are not expecting people to lay on glass?
Every top corner of the house are with hole and not paint well.
Would like to know also with the rm800k plus plus almost rm900k, you are expecting us to repaint the wall again? To change all the door? With this price I already can buy cluster or some place semi d with land.
We also saw mouse running in front of our house and when complaint to your admin, she said those mouse will move once we move in!! Such a hilarious joke , how she know the mouse will move when we move in? They could just stay together with us!!!
Also most of the wall are not even and with crack and not smooth, the angle is not 90degre is like a snake shake, this is a pioneer good project?
This is such a disappointment project. Maybe for you the rm900k is nothing but for us this is an huge amount. And we are not expecting this kind of quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unable implement the concept as what was describe in your advertisement.
Most importantly the quality of the units. understand that every new housing have its own defect , BUT this is not the excuse to finish the project in a rush manner and ignore the quality just because want to reduce the units handover delay compensation . And push everything to the defect report submission after collect the key.
I wondering how the developer obtain the CCC and fell no embarrassing to hand over the unit to its owner.
