★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is actually really great - definitely of better quality than holiday inn and probably on par with Hilton. Some negative points for me:
1. The car park is fairly convulated as it is shared with the attached Condo. There are limited lots for hotel guests
2. Room service was OK, strangely came without a cover in these covid times
3. Toilet could do with a hanging point near the shower (we had to walk across the toilet floor which could be slightly dangerous)
4. Please note the taxi is near a mosque, but I'm sure this has been mentioned in other reviews
Some great and quick points
1. One bedders are great for families
2. It's near Bukit Changar Roti prata
3. Great service
All in, i would visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been a bad experience with Capri, huge disappointment from the services provided by Front Desk and hotel management. The front desk check us into a wrong room (a cheaper room) and we are forced to changed room at 12am. The level of services provided is below average:
1. Front desk communication issue to check us into a cheaper room
2. Again, wrong communication on the price difference (we insist to refund, too tired to change room when we received call at 10.32pm)
3. Hotel disabled our room access, isn’t refund can be done the next day during check out?
4. At the front desk again, we are given an envelope, checked and it is 20 bucks in the envelope
5. So we decided to change to our original room but we were told there is no room available
6. Front desk leave us at the reception and went into their office, in 3 mins time, the new room is now available
7. We have got a room full of problem (cleanliness, hair on the floor and weird smell in the room) but we are tired to change anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming here 3-4 times already and stayed in various rooms. Absolutely love the place because of its size, service and cleanliness. I'm a frequent traveller, in and out of the country and I must say that this is one of the few hotels that meets my stringent standard of cleanliness. Even other well-known 5 star hotels have let me down previously. Please keep up the good service. Also, the Ramadhan buffet is one of the good ones in JB - good food in terms of taste. Tried a few other hotels, the variety was good but the taste just wasn't there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very near to the immigration. You can see the custom building from the swimming pool.
The room is clean and spacious. They have 24h gym and laundry+playstation room.
However we experienced key card issue and couldn’t access those rooms. We had to go down to lobby twice as the replacement card didn’t work the first time…….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was beyond my expectations, spacious, with a microwave oven and a kitchen sink. The beds and comforter were super comfortable, my kid slept through the night without waking up. I love the bathroom necessities, especially the peppermint shampoo, cilantro conditioner and rum body wash. Highly recommend to stay if you are going to JB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place! Clean and spacious room, friendly staff and great environment. Parking-wise, you can go in and out of the parking lot with an access card provided, it was very helpful for me especially since I had to visit multiple places in a day at different times. The only downside is the elevator can take a bit of time, so prepare ahead during peak hours! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, modern and comfortable service residence with nice kitchen cabinet and a very large bathroom. Location is OK, but nothing much around (within walking distance) so it’s better to have a car. Overall, very pleasant stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very pleasant stay here. The room looked exactly like the photos! <3 I had called ahead about a higher floor and maybe some nice decorations as it was for a birthday celebration. They went above and beyond and even gave a complimentary trio of brownies, not just a generic card but one with the birthday boy's name on it, and an elephant towel animal. It was so cute i didn't want to destroy it and use those towels. Like some of the reviews, however, the conditoner dispenser did run out of conditioner on the second day. But the staff at the hotel were nice and came within 10 minutes to refill. :) Would definitely choose to stay here again if i'm ever around this area of Johor! Thanks Capri and staff!
