★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing stays. Nice breakfast which allows kids eat for free (under 12 yo). clean and comfortable room. arrange for the complimentary swan towel decoration and late check up at 2pm.
Swimming pool need pre booking but nobody use it except us during our stay.
Strategic location and friendly & helpful staff.
nearly perfect stay except the parking has narrow path and bit challeging.
Rated 9/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st long queue during registration.been asking wait for another 30 min for the room to be clean.ok fine,there is no one come to told me about the status. still i am the one go to asking is the room ready?total waiting room is 45 min. understand that alot of guest, but doesn’t mean i should be the one been “forget” 2nd was booking room with city view,but look down is car park LOL 3rd cleanness for the breakfast venue to be improved.The plate and the cup with black dot and water mark,did not wash properly and obviously strain from previous users.too crowded hope can add on more staff to clean the table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel environment, clean and super new rooms, crew are excellent! They are friendly, courteous and strikes a conversation to know you more. Keep up the good work, same quality as other properties in the IHG group that I've stayed throughout the years in Asia, Europe and the US.
Breakfast is of very high quality and worth the money spent. Great first time stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and Clean environment, hotel is quite new and well maintained. Strategic location nearby lots of infra and tourist place. The bed are very comfortable & they even have 2 types of pillow (soft / firm) available on bed! A bit of hassle to drive up to level 7 for Parking that is near lobby. Although there is a bit of delay at the check in there due to some issue for the client queued before us, but overall good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in process was easy breezy and the front office team shown constant professionalism and hospitality. The room is big and comfortable, clean and cozy. There was already air conditioning turned on and definitely showed their attentiveness. The couch is also very comfortable and plush.
I love that they provide the toiletries in refillable bottle which is environmentally friendly and many extra towels.
Breakfast area was big and bright. Seating arranged well where everyone had their own space and it wasn’t crowded. The selection ain’t much but suffices. Servers were also attentive and helpful.
The only downside to this place would be the horrible parking design where we have to drive all the way to 8th flood to reach the hotel lobby. Luckily the parking weren’t too full, maybe as I came on a weekday, so it wasn’t too cramped but it’ll be horrible coming on days where the parking is full driving a big car.
Overall comfortable and will definitely be coming again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is new and relatively clean. Breakfast was good by Holiday Inn standard. There is a good variety of choices for both adults and kids. The pool is clean and good size. There is also a small jacuzzi pool at the side. Location is good as it's near to a large mall with plenty of shops and restaurants.
However, the usual IHG welcome greetings was sorely missing when we first checked in. Also, the front desk was not sure if breakfast was included for us even though it's listed as part of the member's benefits. And, we did not get a complimentary upgrade with the reason given that we have already booked the top-tier room even though it is clearly not the case.
House-keeping was severely understaffed. As our room wasn't cleaned at 3pm on the 3rd day, I contacted housekeeping that no room cleaning was required as we were already back in our room. I requested them to refresh our towels and clear out our bins though. Waited 2 hours, called house-keeping twice and, still, no one turned up. In the end, I spotted a housekeeper at the staff-access lobby and manage to catch whole of him to replace our towels and clear the bins.
Also, brown stains started to emerge from our bathroom floor area underneath the basin on the 2nd night but the hotel didn't attend to it even though I contact them twice on the 3rd day of our stay. Perhaps it was a weekend so no technician was working.
The hotel amenities/ food met our expectations but the service from the staff needs to be improved to IHG standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New hotel located close to City Square & CIQ. Lobby is on 8th floor, so its taking two lifts to check in/out. Twin rooms are good sized with comfy beds (though a tad hard) with coffee/tea, kettle, minibar, safe, huge TV with about 25 channels including Singapore channels! Bathroom is beautiful with white marble! Tons of storage spaces. Only negative is pillows, firm or soft types but even firm types are too soft for adequate neck support. Will stay again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatively new hotel in town. Checked in took a bit longer cause we requested connecting room. Our rooms located right next to the lift lobby, surprisingly the sound proofing was good. Couldn’t hear much noise or footstep.
In general rooms were spacious and clean. Importantly price was reasonable.
Plus point! The services crews were very friendly and helpful! No complain :)
