★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place called Double tree by hilton. I with family came here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Lots of food to choose from for all nationalities and was also presented with a piece of cake with a candle and the friedly staff to sing a birthday song for my daughter.

Hotel location is nearby komtar and city square. But not recommend to walk back to hotel at night.

I arrive at the hotel 2pm was told check in is 3pm even though the hotel information say 2.
The staff are rude incompetent and unprofessional
Someone check in after me but was allocated room immediately
Avoid this hotel
Shobi hotel is much better

Unfortunately there is broken tool in the bathroom, the furniture is also old eventhough it is still clean, carpet also smells, but not bad for cheap price hotel
