★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff service (nurse) is good but doctor quality is bad, i got the bad one in my father's case even he was not in hospital when my father was in critical situation, choose the right doctor carefully. Money is their priority, just prepare it before choosing this hospital. Btw, my father passed away in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ State of the art hospital with great cardiac surgeons and anesthetists!
Tan Sri Yayha Awang and Datuk Hamdan were just amazing with the Open heart surgery. Great service from the administration to nurses. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not risk your life if you have emergency cases. Their emergency department was horrible, both emergency doctors and nurses. Firstly doctor was not sharp and detailed. Secondly doctor was not experienced enough. Thirdly the emergency doctor took a long time to engage with cardio specialist to decide what to do. Nurses at emergency was not experienced and rude. I will not forget what the male nurse said "I will take my own time to do it".
This is my own real experience. I thought this is one of the best cardio hospital but it turned out to be not. Despite the brand name seemed reputable but reality it isn't. Maybe it is good for those existing patients not new patients who enter this hospital via emergency.
I would like to highlight the conversation of emergency doctor for public reference.
"Doctor A do not do any surgery and has to refer to his partner Doctor B. Are u ok with it" . I said yes
Then emergency doctor said " sorry, Doctor B is on leave and he is going to fly for holiday. We recommend u Doctor C. Are u ok with it". I then said yes.
Then emergency doctor said " Doctor C is full, surgery can only be done two days later n we refer you to Doctor D whilst waiting for Doctor C these two days. Are u ok with it".
Wow... Couldn't imagine how they could drag the time when one life is at risk when artery is 100% blockage and having severe pain and the emergency doctor said " you can go home now and come back two days later for surgery". Just to add on, this was due to the inexperienced doctor who can not diagnose it properly. I had left and went to another hospital emergency and surgery had done on the spot.
Above is my real name and I spoke nothing but to truth. This had happen last weekday, not during holiday seasons.
Again, pls do not risk your life or your family members' life to go to this hospital.

Admin staff is helpful and good service.
Morning shift nurse friendly and good.
Night shift nurse rude and impatient to handle visitors and patient, feel disappointed. I’m referring to 4th floor ward night shift nurse.

Humanitarian. competent, professional treatment. I had my angiogram done on the 7th of Feb. The procedure was smooth and efficient. I am up and about now. He will continue to remain my Cardiac Consultant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consulted Dr Al Fazir in CVS for a second opinion and treatment. He was very thorough with his analysis and explanation of treatment options. He took the time to listen to my questions and allayed my concerns before the procedure. I can honestly say that I am touched by the level of care he has shown pre and post procedure. It’s been almost three months since and he still checks on me to ensure I am coping well with the medication etc. CVS nursing team (including the staff that deliver meals) was professional and meticulous in the care provided during my recovery in CVS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital was very prompt in getting my treatment. They showed that live matters to them I wasn’t hassled with all paper works.. I was referred here n I am glad!! I was treated under Dr Tan KH. He was very informative, explained details and above all very confident which help me eliminate my fears. I would also like to give a big shout out to the ER team that was lead by Dr Sunjeet when I was there!! They made me feel so safe and kept me informed on every little details. The OR Dr Sharil and team was calm n cool leaving me no room for the slightest fear even!! All the nurses that cared for me dearly and professionally to name a few Jennifer, Zulqaedah(hope I spelt it right) and Melisa. Definitely recommend the hospital. I can’t thank them enough they saved my hand n me!!! Oh I nearly forgot the food was amazing too can you believe that!! Hospital food that is yummy!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hospital in town. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend their doctors here. They are knowledgeable and kind, but be prepared to wait.
However, parking is super expensive and they are very limited. Half of the parking is designated for doctors and valet parking. Good luck in finding one.
