★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was not a pleasant visit, I was lining patiently at the dispensary for almost 10-15 minutes and the pharmacist didn't even bother to look at me or at least acknowledge my existence. Actually I did not need any pharmacist advice but only to get some Pharmacist only Medicine. I know she was in the midst of serving a regular customer but she could have just at least asked what do i need instead of keep me waiting. I never interrupt as i know it's rude. But bear in mind, multitasking and customer service are somewhat important in retail as I am from retail background too. In the end she walked out from the dispensary and walked pass me like i did not exist to continue to serve her regular customer. However, pharmacy assistants were helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am staying in Damansara Perdana. I am visiting the pharmacy regularly. Caring pharmacy has every item like they used to have on other branch. It is best convenient to have a branded pharmacy nearby with walking distance under 10minutes. I bought my test kits there, face cleanser, paracetamol for kids, Panadol and many more items. I am a member of Caring Pharmacy too, ??. The pharmacist and caring stuff are extremely friendly and helpful. There are other shops near by such as high class hair cut shop, Global Arts, William Bakery and Jaya Grocer.
