โ โ โ โ โ horrible shopping experience on lazada platform. they messed up my order and sent me a wrong order, requested for refund but got rejected by Watashi. ?!?
They forced me to accept the wrong order shampoo and would send the conditioner once they have stock, i agreed seeing that its MCO period.
Its been 2 months and i have not received it, been chasing every week, its tiring and negative. im not sure will i ever receive my conditioner.
