โ โ โ โ โ Staff are generally quite helpful and polite. Only the elderly cashier is abrupt and rather rude. Wouldn't hurt to give her some training in customer relations.

โ โ โ โ โ Due to the cramped floor space and in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, it's difficult to maintain social distancing in this premises.
I would go here only if I happen to be in Section 14, otherwise my usual Caring Pharmacy outlet would be the one in Sea Park (Section 21).

โ โ โ โ โ I would like to make report on your store in Sek14 PJ. I visited the store on 21 Jan 2020,the cashier nor the Pharmacist did not how to use the reward coupon on my apps. Both of them claimed the reward without scanning the barcode and i ended up losing the reward coupon in my Bookdoc app. Please look into this and there were not sorry for their mistake. Very Bad Customer Service.

โ โ โ โ โ Went there on 13 may 2022 friday, a young pharmacist chinese girl was there. She actualy asked me wat do u want. So rude, has no sense of politeness, un polished chinese girl. Disapointing to see what our universities are churning out nowdays.

โ โ โ โ โ The floor spaces were rather tight that social distancing were quite difficult to carry out in light of COVID-19 pandemic. This is rather tolerable but the primary reason for displeasing experience is due to the elder cashier that were somewhat impudent, rude and trash talking LOUDLY about customers not following SOP to a prolly 7 years old child just for the customers to listen is unfathomable. Please note that your place is almost like a one way street and it's understandable to enforce SOP for everyone safety. You can handle it by saying it straight to people's face nicely dear. Unfortunately, that lady cashier handled the situation extremely unprofessional by mocking indirectly. Please have her fired or give her some training.
