β β β β β The facilities of this condo is great, Olympic size swimming pool, big gym room, strict guards, their houses either facing swimming pool, OUG or KL view. Also, the condo have full basket ball court. Is a good place to workout on weekend....

β β β β β - Tight security. Need to bring access card everywhere.
- All facilities open now for fully vaccinated only.
- Condo not soundproof, plus locate beside highway. Very noisy!!!! Really difficult to sleep at night
- No place for riders to drop cust food here. After all, lobby not designed well.
- Low water pressure in high level especially during peak hours. Damn.
- Only 3 lift for 33 level condo. Quite ridiculous. Cant imagine if one day, 1 lift is out of order, surely disaster
-last update, never thought gonna have foreigner in this condo, i though only for malaysian. Now, gonna worry about safety...

β β β β β Bad management. Very rude. Gangster like security guards and there's is a over weight security guard that likes to disturb tenants and harass people. Parking is bad and also nothing close by. I suggest places like link 2 or somewhere else. The place is not worth it. Management is bad and also sub par for what u can get else where. Rent at your own risk. This place is a nightmare. I am so happy and glad I moved out.

β β β β β Every about Casa Green is Great. From Facilities to Environment. I rate it 9/10. But....I must give 1 star because of an incapable security guard.
Please get rid of the short Indian woman security. The quality of Casa green is getting low with her as a security. She is very rude and unfriendly. She is not a capable person. She always fights with the residents here. She sleeps on her duty. Is this the image Casa Green wants to portray to the residents and potential buyers?
I'm sure u have received a lot of complaints regarding her behavior or whatever. This is getting out of hand, Please let her go as she thinks she is too good for this condo

β β β β β Maintenance fee is paid , monthly residential fee also nak . But for a visitor to overnight you collect RM10 per day . On top of that If the visitor stays above 10am theyβll clamp the car . I think this is one of the most stupidest concept Iβve seen . So if youβre planning to have a small gathering trust me your visitors are going to have a hell of a problem
Because of this rule . And the fee to unclamp the car is RM100 . Itβs a beautiful place to live but I think on a long run this is not worth .
