★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New condo with great views. Security is well done with RFID tags for residence gate pass and card access for lift to your own floor. Car park is spacious but tiring to whirl all the way up. Love the ambience - pool side, nice lawns and the sky-bridge thingy (have no idea how it works tho).
It is near the highway so if you like open window concept, u r in for some very regular car noise.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my second month live in the Rainz, everything is good. BUT the management and guard staffs are horrible. SOME of them are rude, they basically didn't listen to your problems- they just talked and declined!, did not try to understand. It s all about the attitude, must teach them the manners when you talk and learn to tolerate as well as negotiate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very charming place to stay and relax albeit an odd location beside the highways with continuous motorist sounds. The Rainz has one of the best bird view in Klang Valley. Floor 35 has spacious which occupied all towers with connecting walkways. There are several private patio-like decks which overlooking stunnung view of all skyscrapers in Kuala Lumpur and beyond. The building is adjacent to the highly controversial Freemason Temple (how the managed to penetrate this country is beyond my comprehension) and within 8mins walk to Awan Besar Star LRT station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to pick up some items from a friend whoever there, if you are not familiar with the area ,you need to use your waze or other GPS assistance. Quite easy once you are there but be sure you know which block you are going to and ask for directions at the guard house, they will request for your drivers license and you just need to scan your mysejahtera. Easy as that.

No one wants a beautiful jail to stay in!
There is a unit in block A, A-17-01 hammering and drilling and cutting ceramic and making all kinds of noises that you could imagine 24/7 for years. We live in noise every day interrupted and bothered while the walls aren't soundproof.
What's worse is that the management and the security are zero% professional and fair. They ain't only helpless but also ignoring, blocking, and verbally abusive. They're lazy and arrogant enough not to bother even thinking about a real solution. They do not care about their residents' safety and wellbeing, although they can be very restricted when it comes to fining the residents for any silly reason.
If you think about living or investing in this place, take in mind that although this place is expensive, it comes with unlimited bothering, noise, and abusive careless management, and no one wants to adventure that.
