It’s hard to even join the communication group on WhatsApp or Telegram even though we have rented 4 years here.
There’s only one lobby. So if you’re buying or renting, don’t buy block C and D because every time you have a delivery (parcel or food) then you’ll need to walk 200m just to collect your parcel through the ground floor parking area because it wasn’t connected.
The main gate sensor for residential card is always not working. Same for the parking entrance gate sensor, you’ll need to reverse and go back in multiple times.
During the pandemic other condos (cheaper and more expensive) have pasted films of plastic on the lift buttons (with regular changes) and sanitizers at all entrance, but the plastic films were only installed mid 2021, and hand sanitizers are always out.
TLDR: buy or rent only block B if you really want to stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow response (almost non-existence) from the management. While they try to upkeep the residence, they do not apply forward thinking in prepping the residents such as water disruption (this issue is irrelevant to water cuts by Air Selangor) or a solution to address the issue. Access to and exit from the premise is constantly interrupted - card not readable and occasional one-lane only which results in traffic outside the premise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice condo to stay at with strategic location to city center. Less than 1km walking distance to two lrt station. Got hawker stall, mamak and convenient store nearby as well. Can take the shutter bus from lrt station to pavilion bukit jalil. Can view the 106 exchange if your condo is facing kesas view. The only drawback is too many condo nearby, might block the sunlight and view for some unit.
