★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s quite but it’s kinda far from the train and shopping you have to walk and if there is raining or it’s sunny outside you have to go by car as there is no sidewalks and dangerous at night to walk

Very tight security, very close to Medical centre as well as colleges... ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ im currently staying at 17th floor.. but its very annoying to hear people living on top of our unit running or even moving their furnitures everyday especially in the morning and afternoon.. IT's very strange that we can hear them from our room.. Crazy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well kept and ideally located. Assessable by road and MRT. Close to a private hospital. Gym and swimming pool are clean. Ample Car park for visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ well maintenance building outlook, safe & harmony place suit for family, university and Thomson hospital near by just 2 min distance, near by Tropicana club house golf activity. short distance toll highway to airport and during Saturday and Sunday morning spend 15 min to mid valley shopping mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lifts are not working most of the time.Guards are not available at the lobby area.Whwn you ask guards for any help ,they are quite rude most of times.There is leakage in many floors from the ceiling and they took months to send the labour to repair it.At present only one lift Working in B block.
