★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With more than 10 years of experience but fail to understand what misrepresentation is. We purchased a set of sofa during a furniture fair and was promised a stool that would match or "not too far off" for our sofa. We purchased a grey sofa but was given a brown stool. When confronted with the sales person, his response was to compare my response with other customer, implying that i was being unreasonable and also stated that he is just part of the sales team.
I find this rather unprofessional. Don't misrepresent to us. My parents had a certain level of expectation and it was suppose to be a happy purchase.
I do indeed like the new sofa but the entire experience is rather annoying. Do beware of the sales misrepresentation.
Edit: The sales team has resolved the solution for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this Shop based on parents recommendation. They got their sofa there. Definitely great service. The saleman Mr Veness was very helpful. He suggested perfect alterations based on My Home ID Drawing and the sofa Turned out amazing. Also got our dining Table here and it is stunning:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sofa fabric was claimed to be water repellant but actually not at all. It absorb water the second u have water on it or even if you try to clean some minor dirt on the sofa. The absorbed water then became stain that so hard to remove,leaving such a poor view in the living room. It is also no fun for the family as they have to be overly cautious around the sofa so that they will not do any stain or leave anything that need to clean. i did asked for fabric change to a higher quality but with additiin of +3000 and the company confirm that there will not be any stain problem anymore. Yet, they are not able to give me warranty and i am worried the same problem would occur again.
In term of structure, the design is nice, modern, strong and sturdy. The salesperson also very nice, helpful and have been in contact with me due to my problem with the stain. Yet, the problem is with the fabric quality.

Received my sofa recently and did not regret my decision buying here, most of their sofa is able to custom made based on measurement and fabric material you want, I bought their 2+3 seater with Aqua Clean fabric, by far very satisfied with this fabric brand and thanks to the staff for their recommendation, strongly recommended!
