β β β β β I buy shoe cabinet last two month , just got time for review now, shoe cabinet so nice and delivery arrangement also fast . Their service are up to standard and its worth the price . Furniture are of very good quality and lost lasting . Plan to buy again another furniture as their staff so friendly and very helpfull ?

β β β β β In regard to this matter, we have received the refund on 11 Feb 2022, made by the person in charge.. Thank you Ann for being responsive n good service by you.
I'm NOT happy with this company.
1. My hubby n I walked in to this Puchong outlet on 29 December 2021.
2. We asked for a tv cabinet.
3. The staff said they have 3 items in stock the one we chose.
4. So.. we agreed to buy bcoz we need the tv cabinet urgently, bcoz we're affected by flood, so we need to arrange our house quickly
5 .we paid full payment + delivery + installation. Rm780 + rm100. Order no. is PS-0739.
6. The sales person said, they will deliver on 3 January 2022. But they don't deliver.
7. My hubby update with the sales person named H@@@Q every day. But he said this n that.. we hv all the texts with him (until today 17 January 2022.
8. On 12 January afternoon, my hubby called the HQ, told them that we still don't receive our order.
The HQ said, our order is pre-order.
I was really annoyed bcoz on 29 December 2021, when we came to Puchong outlet, they said they have 3 items in stock.
Later in the evening, around 6 pm, two staff from Sg Buloh warehouse came n sent the tv cabinet. They urgently left after sending the tv cabinet.
9. We checked the tv cabinet n found few defects, n we directly contacted the sales person, n asked him to replace the new one, bcoz we didn't install the tv cabinet by ourselves, so.. the defects must be from the warehouse.
10. Sadly, until today, 17 January 2022, we still don't get the replacement, the tv cabinet with defects is still in our house.
11. I think.. if we haven't made full payment, your staff would as fast as lightening come n collect this tv cabinet with defects, since we hv made full settlement.. the service is not as we expect..can be considered as poor service. I hope the management will take care of this matter seriously.
