★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a sofa Bento for RM2700. They promised 10 years warranty . After 3 months colour faded from back become brown. According to them this is due to direct son light and no warranty for fabric. I am staying in condo and no direct sun light where the sofa is placed. And its obvious the fabric quality is poor as the whole light exposed side faded. For the price of the sofa i don't expect this. Please beware as they never bother to come back to me even few times i have contacted them.

Recommended me with different types of suitable furniture for my new home . Well explanation for each furniture. ?? Will come back to this shop and look for him again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced goods. They use rubber woods instead of hardwood mostly. The rubber wood is simply laminated or painted to look like hardwood. A chair gave way within few years though not heavily used. Asked if can be repaired, they say the factory closed down, thus no more production, no lore such design, and not under warranty. Never believe if any furniture or mattress shop saying got 10years or life time warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended. Although the design is beautiful, but sad & regret to buy here because the goods are not quality.
Bought a 6 -chair dining table set for RM3k, which the seat alone cost RM250 each. Just used for less than a month, the iron legs of the chair are broken because the welding quality is not good & the iron legs (hollow/ not solid) are rusty. After the incident need to be careful when sitting for dine every day.
Now this Raya my guests come & sit down, another chair is broken. I was so disappointed & embarrassed, the chair was expensive but soft! 2 my chairs are broken 4 more are waiting for time to be damaged ..
The leg design should be in full cast iron once, but instead only welded .. no structure supporting 4 legs ..
When the complaint was made, I thought there was a warranty to replace the new leg because it was new, apparently they offered a 1 chair welding service with a charge of RM80.00 + delivery charge another RM80.00.. total RM160.00 for 1 chair? Crazy !! .. the chair is expensive & want the buyer to bear the repair charge again ?? .. later I myself looking for a welding shop & the charge is FOC .. but I still pay the craftsman because he is persistent in pasting ..
so who wants to buy here please think carefully.
