Went to Vivahome mall show room thinking of buying mable dining table from them but treated by a rude unfriendly staff, end up buying elsewhere ,maybe they have good product but with such attitude staff will not get much sales too, a very bad experience with CASARANO Furniture, sorry to say, not recommended.

Quality furniture and marbles. Excellent pre and post sales service. Approachable sales team. They’re everywhere in the country. Will always look for Casarano for furniture and marbles.

Very bad delivery team, during moving furnitures into my house. They did not care about the walls and doors, just ram thru until there's damages! They just offer to repair but they are not professional renovation workers! CASARANO did not intend to compensate back with monetary!

This is my first very upsad purchase experience with Casarano. I made a booking and paid more than 50% deposit during exhibition in Sunway Pyramid in October 2019 and was told deliver in one month. After one month I contact Casarano to arrange delivery and received very bad sales service from Casarano Viva home, and telling me no chair need 3weeks and I not accept it. At last I manage to find a contact from web, a lady handling my issue and managed to arrange delivery as per requested date but I refuse to make full payment until i saw the goods (question - why now got chair?) During the delivery day, very rude drive once arrived , shouted at my husband, sudah bayar?!! My husband so angry, and reluctant to make payment until they settle the set up. When the table bring down from lorry, I saw a big cracked under the marble table, and the answer I get is the cracked is for air circulation, very funny, you heard that before? Marble table need air circulation (you can contact me for photo if you wan) I reject the item immediately and contact the lady on the issue, she not managed to provide solution after few weeks and at the end she choose not to reply our message and Not to pick up call. Because of this I need to look for new table... the sales is not responsive to their customer and choose not to pick up customer call and don’t wan to reply message At last I make consumer tribunals report and repost credit card charge back, all only managed to settle in Feb 2020 to get credit charge back without Casarano responding to customer issue, almost 4months Your decision when you wan to purchase the goods from them.

I had purchased a marble table and 4 padova chairs and fully paid for the same on 17th June 2020 the day i visited their showroom at Cheras Vivo Home (1) and was served by a lady called Sharon who was initially very accomodating, sweet n pleasant n offered to comply to deliver furniture one week time n she was duly notified that the condo was unoccupied so i need to be present to receive delivery n no delivery after 5pm as there is strict house rules to be adhered by occupants. One day prior to delivery i made a reminder call regarding delivery time to Ms Sharon who assured that delivery will be done accordingly. Despite writing on the invoice that delivery time is morning by 11am n 1 hour prior notification no calls were made to me on delivery date n they unilaterally enlarged time till 5pm without notification. To make matter worst, after several calls were made, Ms Sharon told me that she is unable to reach the lorry driver n no specific time of delivery was given in fact she said delivery can be done only after 5pm annoying me as the house rules will be broken n she sarcastically told me that she is not a lorry driver to tell me the estimate time of delivery. When i asked for her bosses' number she passed me a number of another lady called Ms Lily who told me that she is only the sales person n who was equally irresponsible n telling me that the delivery will be done around 5pm... Beware please n take note that they act very irresponsibly in respect of delivery time more so since full payment was made...i had been waiting at my condo since 12pm till 4.45pm without lunch with the expectation that delivery will be done anytime soon ..Such a disappointment n most unprofessionally handled. Upon arrival further disappointment awaited us the base wood slab was damaged very badly beyond imagination n fully within Ms Sharon's express knowledge n she still requested the boys to proceed to deliver n ask customer to complain later if unsatisfied with the condition of slab which can be replaced much later ....the delivery boys were kind n ageed to replace within 24hours the slab n fixed the problem at hand...Sad to say very unethical, unprofessional conduct of the sales...this was my first unprofessional nightmare buying furniture!!!
