★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cathay lounge while it's not being very large in size, has everything superior than the huge Malaysia golden lounge. This lounge has much better air conditioning, toilets in better condition, a much better selection of food and drinks. If you can choose and are eligible to enter, choose this one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is super friendly and attentive. F&B choices is very limited compared to malaysia airlines golden lounge. Smaller seating areas, not crowded like golden lounge. Good for relaxing while waiting for next flight and not far from cathay pacific gate

Accept entry for any ONE WORLD airlines; first class, business class and frequent flier program (emerald or sapphire).
The lounge size is small.
But hey not to worry as most of the time it will be vacant.
There are many seating space.
Just limited dining space.
The food are pretty limited; but they will fill your tummy well.
The cool part of this lounge is the work station.
Staff were friendly, decent and accommodative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a big place but with food limited. I have seen many fruit flyers around especially on the above of salad bar. I was worried about hygiene of this VIP lounge. Other than that, service was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the lounge at KLIA, kind of small place, it has a limited food available, the place is clean and the staff are helpful. The dishes are hot which is very good. The nice place to relax before your flight. The only problem is that people smoke in the bathroom, I spoke to the staff seems to me they don't care, so I will not used the bathroom a this lounge. Other than that is a pleasant lounge
