Loooooove their service here! For price paid, my cats came back with clean cut nails, clean ears, and smelled nice for over a week after coming back. They didnt look traumatized or anything also! Seriously prefer the service here over another place in ss18 and will be coming back for sure.

Owner is not really present at the shop although actively engaging using phone call and whatsapp. And not enough information given by attending staff during visit. Albeit, my cat was difficult to handle but consider some visitors are from far away and expecting the visit is as good as the review. Anyway good effort by the owner to establish rapport with customer. But please accept my review because you are a bussiness you should be open to any positive or negative review by customers. Thanks. Distracted by me? Please don't be arrogant and don't want to accept you have done a mistake. If you have the right to reject grooming then don't overpromise to groom her to begin with! So what if a customer is 1 hour to your shop? You just reject? Please improve your communication to your customer. And if a customer is not satisfied with your service please accept it. I can understand if you want to reject my cat. But please improve your grooming area which is full of cats and small. Even your staff said the grooming area is DIRTY! I planned not to write any review here. But if this is how you reply to my review then this is how i will write it. I understand my cat is unfriendly and aggressive. But you have to be professional and not blame totally on my cat and disregard your own service! It is my first time bringing my cat to a groomer. And if your groomer is professional maybe she would not force groom my cat in the first place! Other cat groomer have told me for aggressive cats there is a way to handle it and it is certainly not by grooming it in a dirty and crowded with cats! Continue blaming me and refusing to accept the reality of a mistake. Maybe you are arrogant due to your ego of owning an established cat shop. If you don't want to accept your mistake im fine with it and remove my name from your customer list and let's move on with our lives. Thank you very much. And i am not totally wrong. One review here stated that you caused one cat to pass away due to HPV while not properly isolating the cats which are vaccinated and non vaccinated. So this is not the first time you caused a mistake to one of your customers. Hope you learn by your mistakes and not keep on defending yourself.

My cat Berlin smells so gooooddd. Will not go to any other pet grooming shops no more. I will only choose Catsville Pet from now on ?? The price is reasonable too. Plus, i got discount from the owner! Thanks intan!

Been sending my fur kids to catsville since 6years ago. They're taken care of very well by Kak Kasih. Even though very sad she's no longer there just recently but the new care takers are just as good. Have no other place that I will send my fur kids except to Catsville. Keep up the great service!

Awesome service!! Sent 2 of my cats for a grooming session with Catsville, everything went smoothly and my fur babies are well cleaned! ? They provide pickup and drop off service as well, very convenient especially during this MCO. My cats travelled from Puchong to Subang Jaya safely for their grooming, friendly staff and they update me frequently. Surely will continue using their services and highly recommended! ?

Sent my 12 cats for boarding recently and they were taken care well. They didnt mind to take in my 6 newborn kittens too. It will be great to have daily updates, but understand that it was peak time and the staffs are too busy handling all the boarded cats and they have informed ahead of time that updates are not regular. Overall a good experience and will consider to repeat

I love this place. Friendly and helpful staff. Price is okay for a commendable service. Didn’t mind taking in a cat with a disability. Sends you photo update daily. 10/10 would return.

sent my two babies for 8 days here during the hari raya and they were kind enough to accept my booking despite I made it quite late :'D honestly i'm so happy with the service??:) the cat house looks very clean, lovely, warm and welcoming:) sends you daily updates :) and the piano BG sound are a nice touch ?! and all the staffs are super kind, helpful and accommodating and my cats pun tak nampak stress bila balik they immediately familiarize diri macam biasa when they're back at home so i'm soo happy ??☺️Good job Catsville :)!
