★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Became a member awhile back, can't remember when exactly. They call me to tell me about a promotion for grooming. RM 20 for basic grooming. Very cheap right? So I came there in a hurry wt my cat after work on a weekday. Charged me an additional RM 13 to clean the teeth too. So I am fine with that and left my cat there for about 2 hours. Came back to get my cat, the road was congested as usual. So I had to double park and quickly made my way to the shop. Despite my haste they suddenly told me I had to add an additional RM 12 to renew my membership (something they had neglected to let me know earlier which made me feel like this is some hidden charges). I was terribly annoyed because they could have mentioned this earlier. But instead chose to disclose this fact after they have provided me with the service therefore if I want to only pay the promo price I have to commit to renewing the membership. Plus they didn't provide me with any proof of payment or proof my membership have expired (I cannot remember when exactly I signed up but obviously some proof would be nice).
I rushed home wt my cat, checked him and he is fine, ears are clean, smells good but his teeth still smells like death. His anal region is a bit soiled and moist too.
So as a conclusion average to poor service. The service could seriously do with some improvement. Transparency would have been nice. Also considering how congested the road where the shop is situated on, they could provide an easier pick up and drop off service so customers don't have to add to the congestion by double parking too long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a complaint on your female staff with middle length hair and wears glasses.
She is never consistent in her responses to me. Last year when I was renewing my membership, she specifically told me that I will be receiving RM5 voucher for 12 months, but when I wanted to use the voucher, she told me that I can’t. In total, I only managed to claim 5 times instead of 12.
Another scenario is when I asked her about a specific brand of pet food. Her answer to me is just that doesn't have the said brand and that it is not good. She did not take the time to offer another brand or further advise on what I should purchase instead.
I have been a loyal customer of Petsmore for many years and it is unsatisfactory to be treated this way.
Is this your company's culture not to value your customers? Or that this particular staff needs training in customer service? If a customer fronting role does not fit her, please reconsider her for back office or administrative work.
