★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place : Not recommended at all. From the lift to the shop, the surrounding was so smelly and not clean at all. I was really shocked looking inside the shop, not hygiene and so smelly. The place was not same as u saw in the google picture. The owner must do something with the ventilation system.
Staff : staff is ok. Friendly.
Price : Hmm. For me, the price was quite expensive, normally I’ve been charged rm35 at other petshop (more than 3 petshops charged me the same rate). But she charged me rm55 (reason : long hair type).
I asked for the trimming but there’s no staff can do it. But its ok. Yet, the price is so nonsense with the service provided.
Sorry, for me, not deserved to get 5 stars rating. 1 star for the friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my cat hero for full grooming and flea treatment. Good service, i think removed 98% of the flea. He smelled so good after the grooming session. Overall satisfied with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended . Took my cat BumBum to Cattitude for 10 days stay for rest & recovery after inguinal hernia surgery . Ms Fazi & her daughter were very caring & loving towards BumBum & others cats . BumBum recovered fast . Ms Fazi will send daily videos on BumBum's recovery progress & was very prompt to reply my WhatsApp message . Am very fortunate to found out about Cattitude & placed BumBum under their care .
