β β β β β Great service and friendly staff who are very skilled with cats. Boarded my two cats in the VIC room which allows me access to watch my babies through their camera. Very prompt in replying and responding to texts. Thanks kakak2!

β β β β β I love this place so much! The smell here is nice despite having lots of cats in at the same time! The staffs are very friendly, patient and professional while they're working on our beloved pets! The price is also quite affordable, so don't worry!

β β β β β I've sent my three cats here about 4 times now for their baths and trimming and I'm just happy and relieved that none of the experiences have resulted in my heart sinking to my stomach.
So far, it's the only cat grooming spot I trust, and my cats come back looking and smelling great and aren't in any "mood" afterwards. βThis last visit though, there were a lot of shaved fluff that was stuck to the cats after being let out of their carriers that ended up all over the house, so I don't know where that came from. Just an observation.
Overall, it's a nice, clean spot with great customer service and nice employees. So glad they think my cats are well behaved too. Thank you, guys! Appreciate you treating them with care.

They pampered cats like the owner did and yes very satisfied with the services! Kudos catzoniaβ€οΈ

β β β β β Iβve been sending my cats to Catzonia when I only have 2 cats and until now I have 6 cats in total. Their service is great with reasonable package and price. They provide kibbles and play time for the cats. You can get daily updates through the cctv too. The most important thing is their customer service is awesome, friendly and reliable for me. I will definitely use their service in the future! ?
