★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the 3rd time they claim ‘unable to deliver’ when someone has been home all day. They don’t leave a card and certainly don’t try to deliver as we received no call or anything. Terrible service!

When Serahan Jalan Kelang Lama delivery the parcel to spring avenue department, they don't even call me to collect the parcel, they just send back and don't have any notification until I go and track after 2 week. I call them and describe my problem, but they don't even apologize. They just ask me go there in order to collect the parcel...32min I walk to there...I don't have my own transport. If I need to spend extra money and waste my time to go there, why I still need pos laju...I'm very disappointed with their attitude...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute disgrace. First, I wasn't notified that my parcel was unable to be delivered. Found out when I check the tracking details. I called to try to arrange for a redelivery but no one picked up the phone. I've tried ringing for 3 days, from morning till afternoon, no answer. I work 8-6 daily and so it is not possible for me to collect the parcel myself. It states that it opens on Saturdays but I went to find out it was closed. Asked for help from the main counter and the staff was unhelpful and slightly rude. Could definitely improve on your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreachable regarding on the late parcel. Tracking system isn't updated. I didn't received any tickets to claim the parcel at the counter either. I'm still wondering what happened with the parcel tho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same experience as almost everyone here, tracking shows item out for delivery and then suddenly delivered. BUT THEN, the truth is they just check in their own storehouse?! The item is never out for delivery, so why cheat us and confuse us? Our time is not time?
