★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service! Drop a call to asked but hang up my call at the end. Is it a "Post Office"??? Lie about attempted delivery but no postman dropping anything, if you guys don't have any postman, just close your business, i have asked my security about any mail, or package arrived and they said no, no postman coming, you know what?!?.. i use other courier company and they are there in the lobby of my appartment, calling me or sending text so i know my package coming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brother sent a letter by DHL from germany took only 2 days to reach this branch but stuck here for 12 days. If you go to office thay say we work hard and play video on TV about how fast they are. But seems they use pandamic as an excuse to not to do their duties

2. Bad service, throw the parcel at the counter and mention there is no phone number on the parcel how to contact during delivery. It seems like is my fault as receiver not including my contact number on the parcel!
As I observe most of the parcel nowadays will not have phone number on the parcel itself and shopee xpress, jnt and the rest can contact me while there is no phone number on the parcel!
3. Never wear mask indoor (not following SOP)
Not even deserve 1 star!!!
