β β β β β security very lazy and unhelpful not more places can sit, and than their security sit at playing with phone, I do nβt want to do it, I do nβt give a number. I stood there for 30 minutes before I knew I wanted to get the number. But the oppo sales girl is very helpful

β β β β β I am having a very bad experience with Celcom. My plan with Celcom without any data plan because this line is to replace my home phone but I put the SIM on smart phone. Last year Oct I do switch my SIM card to another smart phone after a month I encounter I need to pay RM2xx. Than I. Call to Celcom hotline. 1 time they told me that my bill is not ready yet and ask me to call back 2 weeks later. After 2 week later I called back and they told me I am using their data plan (very min usage). Than I ask for waiver. The operator said she cannot make any decision and they will get back to me few days later. After few day I received a call from Celcom and told me they can waive it but the condition is I need to buy a data plan on Nov 20 but they are not grantee they can waive how much. On that time I really blur...... What are they talk about...... Celcom is really not commit to waive it, than I decided not to take the risk because I scare Celcom will twist and turn base on thier response. Than instate of paying RM2++ I need to pay more if they didn't Waive it. Last month due to my mobile application clash than I decide to use my house mobile phone as temporary until my mobile phone is restore. After my mobile phone app restore I decide to put Celcom SIM to the restore phone due to lazy resetup my app. Before I insert my Celcom SIM card I ready disable my mobile plan an make sure home wifi is connected. But at the end my Apr bill show me than I got data plan usage again and I need to pay RM7x. Than I called to Celcom customer service and escalation manager is repeating the some thing to me like 1st time I face. Than i request for escalation and he told me he is the high escalation I can make. The problem is he cannot make any decision. To all Celcom customer. Don't make any complain and escalation. Celcom top management will not heard their customer voice. The escalation will until certain level it will be close the file. Celcom customer service and escalation is very poor. Pity Celcom customer service and escalation team.
