★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A classic failed business model to avoid at all cost. The counter staff were so slow they took hours to process just a few customers. Inefficiently hopeless. Overheard an old uncle losing his patience shouting he had waited for hours.
However the “customer service” section was better, especially the 2 ladies who were always on their feet helping out customers at the 3 computers and kiosks. They were the only staff seemed working.
