Wasn't aware the waiting number was received in sms, when I asked the front liner again, I was replied with not so friendly response, at I didn't feel like it was good customer service

- After signing documents, they can charge you whatever amount bill they want, even before you receive the sim and modem.
- The salesperson disappeared after sales.
- The customer service hotline took so long to pick up the phone and I couldn't help you with anything.
- Customer service and account manager promised to call back but never do so. So basically they take your money then goodbye.
- I ask for a refund and termination but noone willing to help. Even the CEO does not respond to me. Scam alert!!!
