★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really suggest the franchise to re-train their staff to be less aggressive, to be honest I really don’t know how I feel about this because when i used to shop here as a regular this would never happen. When me and my friends decide it would be nice to do some Christmas shopping there were three staff there that kept following us, at first I thought that it was a coincident that they ended up at the same Lego isle as us, then the hot wheels section, then the nerf section and so on then they started to follow us everywhere we wen’t and when I spilt from my friends and past by two of them, they were talking behind our backs saying in Malay “this person was apart of that group.” “Make sure to keep an eye on them.” And “If they were to just mess around just get out.” How dare the employees of this establishment say this kinds of thing to a customer when we were deciding which of YOUR product we were going to buy? So we knew we were not welcomed and left to go pay our items. If a manager or staff is reading this please for the betterment of the store retrain you’re staff.
