★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD QUALITY and SERVICE! threads came off after 3 months using the sofa bed! When called them to fix the issue, they told me I USED THAT TOO OFTEN, hence they would take responsibility for that. After 1 month of kept calling them, they did come to pick up and send it for fixing, but 2 months later same thing happened! And they refused to fix it.
