★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The after sales service is the worst ever experience I have came across. The sales person (Connie) sold me 15 big items including 10 premium aircons, washing machine, dryer and fridge. They came with a bad Samsung brand high end aircon that does not work and after 2 months with continuous pestering and complaining they came to conclusion telling me the brand I bought is not suitable for the wall type and not changeable nor refundable.
I sincerely advise all customers not to buy from their electronics department as they charge premium price and yet bad after sales & also given unfavourable excuses to not change the bad aircon type that they have provided.
If you ever buy from them don’t expect you can get any issue resolve from them. Thank you. ?????

Additional information, rhe cashiers are useless, just sit there and have nothing to inform customers, look and stare at customers. Totally do not deserve to work in a place like that where expensive homewares are sold!
Not at all customer friendly, no independent work ethic and expect sales staff to tell them how to do their job!!!! Never inform customers important issues related to items or such. Because if them I lost many thousands of Gurney Paragon points.
