★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 2 tickets from Segamat to JB, but ended up with 1 seat. Everyone was sitting randomly without following the seat number on ticket.
Add on to that, driver keep on smoking in the bus throughout the journey to JB causing passenger to cough. Very disappointed with the whole experience!!!!
Cepat Express used to be my favourite bus when I was younger, but no longer now.
Hope to see improvements and having more responsible drivers in the future.
MALAYSIA BOLEH!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Arrived already 2 hoyrs too late at the terminal, several looong stops somewhere in the nowhere because bus is half broken, still not arrived at the destination and I don’t know if that will happen today. Don’t take this bus company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was so bad I was quite convinced that I felt asleep in the bus and woke up in hell but nah turns out it's just the endlessly torturing ride with Cepat Express.
They are everything but cepat.
1. The bus's arrival was delayed by an hour.
2. 6 hour journey became a 10 hour journey.
3. A/c was broken so it really mimic the toasty environment of the underworld
4. Every other stop the bus driver just sits there and dangle his feet for 15-20 minutes even though passengers have boarded, 100% convinved the drivers are from the bad place.
5. Bus driver stopped on the side of the highway to fix the tyres. Thankful the tayars didn't roll off the bus at some point.
6. Suddenly the driver remembered that they are indeed Cepat Express and drove recklessly in the speed of light for the last 15-20 minutes of the drive, I had to pray to all the gods and deity I can think of.
7. Drivers and their goons never bother wearing masks. At all.
If you would like to waste your time, energy, money or generally don't have empathy for yourself please choose this bus company.
