★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a 430pm ticket, and they transferred me to another bus named Star Mart at 6pm by giving different excuses. Horrible service, please avoid the name Selat Keris when buying bus tickets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supposely no star at all, PLEASE DO NOT BUY TICKET FROM SELAT KERIS EKSPRESS, liar, all their indian geng and friend persuade you to buy it, schedule 8.45, 9.30 now still not moving, different bus no selat keris logo on the bus, damn confusing. Please this is my first and last in this bus, rude staff , damn arrogant

I'm Indian but Indian to Indian and Indian to All Malaysian my brothers and sisters... Don't waste your precious time and money.. F rude, no organise, no time, no discipline, different seats and switching buses alot.. How? I can read some tattoos. Please don't buy. Just don't buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please for your own sake DO NOT buy a ticket from Selat Keris. The service is horrible. They put me on a bus from another company. When I buy an RM40 ticket, I do not expect to be put on a bus with free seating that leaves 1 hour late. So to reiterate, do not buy from Selat Keris

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never use Selat Keris bus transportation if you want to KL from JB. The bus operator very tricky. We buy bus ticket fare 55.4 RM for18 seater bus. After 2 hours waiting they combine 2 departure schedule become 1 bus 40 seater (normaly 35 RM). This is very not fair and unacceptable.
Malaysia goverment have to take action for this bus operator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this bus company. Boarded the bus from Larkin to Tg Malim on 24 Jan 2020. We were brought to petrol kiosk to change to another bus. Reason was the bus has no licence to enter Larkin Bus Terminal.
Next we were brought to another petrol kiosk for a pick up. I was asked to change to another seat, because there's a couple who wants to be seated together. So we as customers of this bus are not entitled to the seats we choose when we bought the tics. Why made us select our own seat?
I don't really mind the change of seat if the bus operator was polite. But no, he was rude and just 'shoo' me away like I was a small kid.
This will be my first and last with Selat Keris.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought ticket for the bus that should move on 10.40am. Bus came at 11.40am. Depart from Larkin Station and stop outside for another 1 hour for other customer to board.. It delays for 2 hours for no reason. As they try to full their bus everywhere and not in terminal. They had change other customer seats randomly and u can see the whole bus customer is not happy about it. The person incharge in the bus is totally rude.
The aircond is so hot and im sweating like hell. The bus is in dirty condition.
Pls consider other operator. I immediately regret after buying this Selat Keris..
Do not take this company bus... And as per other reviewer advise.. You will thanks me later.
