★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please check who driver that indian guy drive that bus on 7th may from segamat to JB-larkin (s&s international ) 7:30am .
Our ticket is 7:30am and he didnt punctual at all and keep waiting there ask people who didnt have ticket and ask them to pay him so that he can earn that himself . At night 7:30pm i buy ticket again from JB-larkin to Segamat im so bad luck and meet him again ?!!! He drop us at YongPeng toll and ask us to take the cepat express to segamat ?! Are you serious S&S international ?! I may go to police station and make a report . Please take this serious . If anything happended to us who will responsibility ? Just drop ur message who i need to contact here . That driver also ur can hired .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience! The bus always not waiting at Larkin Sentral. Passengers have to wait at the platform until bus arrives. I bought 12.30pm bus from Larkin to Kluang. 12.50pm bus haven't arrive. I think S&S intend to gather all passengers and depart at next departure time.. here got passengers carrying kids and old folks. We all had been waiting here since 12.15pm. I had experienced this kind of service by S&S not the first time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even worth 1-star rating. I am surprise this kind of worst bus company can survive that long.
Departing time always delayed, worst bus driver attitude, and even their phone call got nobody picked up, WhatsApp them nobody replied (I suspect they might be f**king dead already).
Think thrice before you want to take the bus from this lousy bus company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I take a lot of the s&s bus so far so good. No idea why the rating are so bad?. For my experience this will be the great coach. Usually I’m take this bus every week two time. If you are gonna take this bus please don’t go toilet? . If you are necessary please inform driver wait for you. Recommended?
