★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor sofa quality, super disappointed that I paid so much for such quality. The sofa cushion sunk in less than a year. They promised for 5 years warranty during purchase. When I first contact them for warranty, they promised will collect back my sofa for repair within 10days. But MIA since that. When I follow up again, they said NO promised warranty!! Because all sofa will sunk after sit for some times!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought sofa from them in an exhibition for RM3,200. Very poor quality - the sofa seat sunk after 6 months of using it. Called them to complain and after multiple follow-up, they took the sofa back to service for 2 months (they promised 1 month but couldn't deliver on time). After service, I used it for another 3 months and the sofa seat (same spot) sunk again. Called them again but they said I have to wait for another 2-3 months before they have time to collect and service the sofa again and they can't tell how long it will take them to service it this time. In the end, I just gave up and now am stuck with a very uncomfortable sofa.
They are very unresponsive. They do not return calls, don't answer Whatsapp messages and always cannot deliver what they promised. To force them to take action, I called and messaged them almost weekly then daily. You will waste a lot of time and energy dealing with them. Most importantly, their sofa is of really poor quality. Do NOT buy from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get to know them via an exhibition fair. Overall buying experience with them is not good and unpleasant... they just dont bother to reply your whatapp msg except the msg related to payment/bank acc details... wont deal w them again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Wardrobe few weeks back. Delivered yesterday BUT with wrong internal design, some parts missing & some parts can't fit. Come again today to re-fit. Inside mirror & partition still not avail, to be fitted few weeks after. Terrible way of doing business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If peace of mind is what you are looking for, i suggest don't engage with this vendor.. Multiple follow ups needs to be done before getting answer or any action taken.. They're always late.. And i don't mean 10mins late.. 1 to 2 hrs late is their standard KPI.. Found them at home expo.. Poor final product quality.. I won't be buying anything else from them nor would i suggest them to anyone..
