It was a very nice place-- pleasant ambience, spacious, clean. The food tasted pretty natural; not overly seasoned and you could still feel the texture of the pieces of meat that went into the dumplings. The ordering process is a little scattered: there's a trolley that has only steamed stuff, then there's a menu that has other items, then a food warmer that has yet more items that are not in the menu or available on the trolley. We only discovered the food warmer when we tried to pay the bill, which is when we discovered the egg tarts. The tarts smelled and tasted buttery and and the pastry was crisp and light to the point of being ethereal. The custard in the tart was almost creme brulee-like, only slightly lighter. The only negative was that they were pretty small and I think they cost 7.80 RM for a plate of 2. Understandable (maybe) because is the quality of the ingredients and the skill in preparing it, but still, kinda steep. That said, I would probably go back there just for the tarts and have a cheaper breakfast elsewhere.

Good food, but expect wait when you are here, carts take quite a while to come and only selected dishes come out. Have to constantly ask if there is more food coming out

Really trash service by all staff. Sat at the table for 30mins with only 2 plates of food. Requested for service multiple times but ignored. Not recommended at all.

Long waiting time for table and even for food to be served, place is under staff, staff wasn't attentive and their attitude was not great. Food is only very decent but it's consider quite expensive for it's portion and taste. Beware not to park along the road side when getting food here. Just use any legal parking method from the hotel or KSL. After all felt very underwhelming with my visit with such decent rating in Google review.

A fine restaurant that is located within the Holiday Villa hotel. The carpark entrance takes a little effort to find as there are many cars that are parked at the lobby. The carpark requires some skills to enter as the ramps are narrow but there are ample parking lots and it is deemed safe because there are many luxury cars spotted in the carpark. The dim sum place is well designed but you will have to climb up 2 flight of stairs to get to your seats. The food is ordered in 2 ways, the menu will reflect those that you will need to order through the waiter and the next are the options that you can choose from the push cart ala Hong Kong style. We were disappointed with the frequency of the push cart and the selection of food that is going around, the quantity of food is barely enough to cater for 2 or 3 table filled with diners. Overall, their custard buns, xiao long bao and pork ribs are worth mentioning. We paid about RM$350 for about 30 items which includes their specialty items which are rather tasty. Overall, good atmosphere, clean place and friendly waiter and waitresses. The lacking of the last star was the frequency of the push cart and the amount of food that was in it.

Order steam har gao dimsun, they say need to wait to steam, nevermind i wait for it. After wait almost 20 minutes, i ask them again, they say still need to wait, but they passed the har gao to new coming customers.

You’ll be lucky if your order even arrives. Waited 30 mins for 2/8 of orders to arrive, approached 3 different staff thrice to check on our orders. After awhile one of the staff walked out and told us we still had to wait an indeterminate time for the remaining orders. Cancelled the remaining orders and left. Dishes were average. Ordering system was confusing. Eating at coffee shops nearby is a better choice

An almost life-changing Dim Sum restaurant with really good dishes. The must try is definitely the 'Lui Sha Bao' and 'egg tart', but expect to wait a good 20-30 minutes for it. So do order in advance. I am very tempted to give it a 4-star because of their service, but then again, there are lots of factors that contribute to that. Anyhow, the frequency of the push cart can be improved and the quantity of food in the push carts should be increased. All-in-all, the food is really good and I highly recommend this restaurant.
