★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously name Restaurant Chan Yew Kee, now it is known as Restaurant Ker Jia Zhuang. The Claypot Salted Fish Pork is nice & slight spicy and the 70 years recipe Sweet & Sour Pork is Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside & tasty; this dish have the best balance & you can easily eat this. The Village Vegetable is light in flavour but is unique because of the variety of ingredients used making it a unique mix (light brown mushroom, black fungus, etc.). Salted Vegetable Braised Tofu has unique traditional taste. Hakka Yam Abacus has good mix of base ingredients that gives flavour to the dull Flour Yam ball (traditional method but is floury, chewy & lack yam taste). Fried Squids with Butter Cereal is nice. Roast Pork Long Bean Rice is okay and Wine Chicken meat was tough & taste was below average. Price is reasonable and service is good. There is limited parking here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hakka restaurant is now known Restoran Ker Jia Zhuang. Serves authentic hakka food, lively fragrant tea and other harder beverages. The lady boss is very friendly and recommends their specialties joyfully. Their stir fried pineapple and large intestines is so good... Miss this since I was a kid. There's the yam abacus, rub fried rice, chicken in young coconut juice and so many lovely dishes. I hv posted only some pictures. Do drop by to taste the rest. Prices are reasonable too!
