★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a casual dinner at this home cook hakka restaurant. It is occupying two two shop lots and have some tables set up in the open as well. Seating is spacious enough with reasonable chinese style decor. The cooking style is hakka, reasonably follow standard recipe and would taste good for non hakka people. Service is fast as well. Price wise, it is quite pricy vs the standard and small food portion. Restaurant would rank low in my return visit list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good foods for family with home cook of hakka dishes. The taste are all perfect to taste. Most important it is not salty and just nice to tounge taste. Wok hei ( wok heat) for fried rice and noodles is superb.
You will able to differentiate every dishes are different style of cooking, when you chew very bite of it.
Crabs is fresh and seafood dishes are well marinated. You will feel as though you are coming home to eat the home cook dinner. Service was friendly and happy ambience especially the poems written on the wall. Overall vegetables is fresh and tasty home cooks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last night brought my father to eat at this Hakka Restaurant. The head chef is friendly as well as the staff. Must try the Siew Yuk fried rice with Ilan bills n also long beans and onion. Order one of this fried rice you have everything in the rice. Is nice n easy. Price is acceptable. Must try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was great and consistent here. One dish my family would order in every visit was the "70's Gu Lou Yuk". We followed this restaurant since before it moves to Equine Park. Price wise, a bit higher than the standard big fried restaurants, considered too high when you were forced to sit outside without aircond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is rather a popular restaurant in the vicinity specializing in Hakka cuisine. They are known for sambal chilli shrimp sauce.
As such, we ordered a 1.5kg steamed soy sauce leopard coral grouper. They charged rm22 per 100g. Wild Patin costs the same. Nothing really stands out, the fish was fresh, the sauce is not extraordinary.
Assam tilapia was good, comparatively, thick and rich.
The fried kampung chicken had the sweetness but was slightly dry.
I must compliment the sweet and sour pork, a mass appealing family fish. Juicy and pungent.
Stuffed minced meat bitter gourd was not impressive, very home-cook on the richer side of taste.
I like the stir fried apparatus prawn. The apparatus was thick and almost fiber-less.
The damage was rm650. Poor value given the quality of food and the service rendered.
