★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the review after 2 days of trial class for my 2yrs+ son in Kidskool seri kembangan. Please note this is only base on my personal opinion . We hv actually paid for 5 days trial class, but my son keep crying during and after the class, so we decided not continue for the trial class after 2nd days.
Kidskool provide an apps for update of your children and communication between teachers n parents. The apps look good when we signed up, but in fact it only show you the meals and pee time of yr child, and one moment ( a video clip or photo) of yr child. It didnt actually gv you details of what yr child is doing during the days in the center. As for the communication between teacher n parents, i hv actually tested on the first day asking a question to the list of teacher in the system, it take very long time for the only one teacher to answer my question.
Beside, there is some minor issue, first day forgot to return the milk powder n milk bottles, 2nd day the milk bottles is still filled with milk when returned to us, could it be Kidskool taking too many students n not enough teachers and assistance?
Somehow the teachers there are pleasant, just that I feel it more like a day care center than a pre school to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This school is very good. Teachers there are friendly and always smile to me when I pick up the children. My 3 yrs old boy likes to go to school and become more independent. I really appreciate teacher Andrea, Christine and Fatin upload activity log everyday and put effort in making cny celebration video. Warm atmosphere, high recommended ?☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Environment quite good, compared to other kindergarten in Serdang area. I like principle there, friendly and very fast respond to my messages. Teacher Alexis is kind and my girl told me she's a caring teacher at school. Teachers are strict but not fierce, they guide the children very well. My girl is independent and more cheerful, always share the stories in school with me. Highly recommended ?
