β β β β β I was here today to look at the blush stick, the sales girl didnβt bother to even entertain me telling me she has another customer , I told her can I have someone else helping me and she said no . Omg , how rude . This never happens in the Chanel counter in KLCC . I am a regular customer at the klcc counter . How rude !!

β β β β β A few months back or last year - I had to get a gift for my bestie and this lady, Ms Lydia assisted me so well. But giving a best choice of getting elegance fragrance. She was the best - Thanks Lydia. (I hope mention your name right). Because my bestie is loving it.

β β β β β I searched location before visiting today and saw very bad rating for this store. But i was lazy and dont want to go to other shopping mall just to buy a lipstick since i was alr in one utama so i told myself that its okay if i only buy 1 lipstick and go. I also prepared for the bad attitude of staff. But actually all of them are very nice and helpful. She (Suh Fei) was friendly helped me to swatch a lot of shades on her hand and help me pick the shade suit me the most. I also received a pack of 3 samples hydra kit for free since she saw my skin was dry at that time. I go home and swatch on my lips, it suit me perfectly (covid 19 so only swatch on hand at store). Very happy purchase. I decided to review here so everyone can know Chanel alr improved this store service.
