★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are some positive reviews on google and that led us to the clinic today. It was a Saturday morning and still we were in the CMCO period. We made an appointment a day earlier and we were told by the operator nurse to arrive early in the morning and that we will be the first in queue, because of our 4 month old baby who had a skin problem and needed to consult a consultant dermatologist. We arrived at 9.30am for registration, and we were shocked when a senior nurse told us to go home and come back later, she said normally they don’t take appointment and there’s no priority queue! We negotiated, and since we are living about 45 mins away and the fact that we were bring a young infant in need of doctor’s consultation, she decided to exempt the rule and allowed us to cut the waiting time. So we waited patiently in the car due to social distancing for doctor’s arrival, he finally turned up at around 10.30am, by the time the clinic was already packed with waiting patients. As planned we were called in and we spent 7 minutes with Doctor Chang dressed in full PPE. Although he looked like an experienced specialist but upon inspecting the baby his advice was mediocre and our questions as worried parents were not answered appropriately, as if he sounded like a junior baby skin specialist. He then prescribed a cream to be applied on the skin , of course containing steroid but no further direction was given, asking us to buy from an external Pharmacy next door and apply on the baby’s body for few days. no explanation whatsoever on possible food allergy, etc and everything else sounded like an answer you can get directly out of Google. There was also no request for follow up session. The whole experienced was rushed and we were completely not satisfied with the outcome. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR INFANT AND TODDLER, maybe for adults he could be the best specialist but do your research before knocking on his door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to check my leg for serious Eczema and skin infection. First time coming to the clinic, I was greeted by attentive and friendly smiling staff. You can see the clinic is also well decorated and clean. Dr Chang is very attentive, well spoken and experienced. He explained everything to me clearly, concisely and without rush. Being no nonsense person, I thought that I was the one rushing him. The charges are reasonable for specialist care. ~RM200 for consultation & medication incl steroid.
Ps, Although I've never met many specialists. Thank god. I felt that Dr Chang is a great choice if you need any help with serious skin issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first visit there. Dr Chang was dressed up in full PPE and very cautious about patients keeping to SOP. He was very patient in giving advice and was very thorough. Cost for 1st time visit plus steroid cream was RM 170. Seems that subsequent follow up visit will be cheaper (below RM 100). Payment by cash only. No credit card machine. I went on Sat morning and was the only patient there. The treatment was effective after just 1.5 days the eczema cleared up. He only treats skin issues and does not do any anesthetics treatment.

Caring clinic for elderly.
Has a notice to ask other patients to give way to elderly patients waiting.
Minus or shall I say the challenge - is the stair case to clinic on level one.
If can conquer the stair case, waiting should not be a problem for elderly.
Detailed and careful doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went to Chang skin clinic. I waste my time and money. Didn't help at all. To many creams and too complicate to use it. The doctor don't allow me to take off my mask even though he is using mask and face shield. I have problem on face and neck. He has to see it but was not allowed to take off the mask. It is very pricey. Only cash. To me it is not worth I wasted my time and money..
